We ship from multiple distribution centers so the items you ordered may arrive at separate times.

In accordance with our payment terms, items scheduled to ship within 30 days of the order date are charged at the time of the order.  If your order was charged in full at the time of purchase and it is beyond 30 days, please contact Customer Service for a current status and billing adjustment.

Sales Tax
Emergency-lIte Service Center collects sales tax on orders shipped to Minnesota. We do not charge sales tax on any orders shipped to other locations. back to top

Shipping & Delivery
To make buying from us simple, shipping and handling within the  U.S. (UPS ground or common carrier) is UPS cost plus $7.00 handling.

Many products are ready to ship within four days of your order, Once your order is placed, shipping date(s) will be e-mailed to you. We cannot deliver to P.O. Box locations. back to top

Returns, Exchanges and Restoking Fees
Ship returns and exchanges to:

Emergency Lite Service Center offers a return (*) and exchange policy.  If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it and Emergency Lite Service Center will promptly refund your money (excluding your cost of returning the package to Emergency Lite Service Center). Simply follow the instructions below:
 
(*) PC Boards are not returnable and the sale is final. 
 
Returns cannot be accepted beyond 30 days from the original shipping date.  Clearance items are sold as is and are not subject to return.  Products eligible for return must be new, unused, unaltered (with no clipped or cut wires) and contain all original product packaging and accessories. Products must be repackaged properly in the original packaging. Products not in original condition will not be accepted for return. 
 
Returns are subject up to 30% restocking fees of sale price. Please contact  Emergency Lite Service Center Customer Support at 1-763-542-3155 Monday thru Friday, 8 am - 5 pm CT for a Return Authorization Number prior to returning the product. Products will not be accepted or refunded without a Return Authorization Number. Indicate your Return Authorization Number on the packing slip and include your packing slip with your return. Write your Return Authorization Number on a blank piece of paper and securely tape it to the outside of the package to be returned.
 
Returns must be shipped prepaid and insured directly to Emergency Lite Service Center.  If the return or exchange is due to an Emergency Lite Service Center error, we will pay for the cost of shipping. Please contact Emergency Lite Service Center (Customer Service or toll free at 1-763-542-3155, Monday thru Friday, 8 am - 5 pm PST) for return authorization and instructions.

Regardless of where your package was shipped from, returns must be delivered to the address above. Returns made to any other address may not be refunded or could result in additional fees. Handle all returns delicately.  Please allow two weeks for your return to be processed. back to top

Cancellations
We do everything we can to ship your items as quickly as possible and will make every attempt to cancel your order on your request.  However, many of our products ship direct from the manufacturer to you and may be in the process of shipment when you make your request for cancellation.

In the event that you would like to cancel your order, we will need to confirm with the individual manufacturer that your order has not been shipped.  Once we have confirmation that your order has been cancelled, we will credit your account.

To request a cancellation, please call Customer Service at 1-763-542-3155 . If we were not able to cancel your order and it has already been shipped, please do not refuse the shipment as this could result in cancellation fees being assessed. Damaged Merchandise
If you receive damaged merchandise, we will do everything we can to make the replacement process quick and easy. Be sure to notify both the carrier and Emergency Lite Service Center within 24 hours of delivery to report the damage. Please keep all packing materials. Emergency Lite Service Center will pay the return shipping fee for products that are received damaged. back to top
