The product itself is cheaply made and the plastic parts are subject to easy breakage. I guess you get what you pay for. The first lite assembly failed due to mis-wiring of the charging circuitry to the battery. The replacement worked ok after I examined it and corrected another issue with the wiring to the battery. I would NOT recommend this product to anyone with no electrical experience. On a brighter side, your customer service was EXEMPLARY. The representative resolved my issue with the first light really quickly, and expedited the replacement shipping. Highly satisfied with your customer service. Good company, bad product.
